Karma Sutras : Leadership and Wisdom in Uncertain Times was a different reading experience. The book is divided into two Parts - Part 1 named KARMA with 5 chapters and Part 2 named SUTRAS with 9 chapters including the epilogue as last one.
The content of this book is a wonderful blend of Modern Leadership with ancient Indian Wisdom, deeply rooted in spirituality. Prof.Debashis Chatterjee, the author of this book, is a renowned academician and a Leadership Coach. The way he articulated different aspects of Leadership and the clarity of the thoughts behind it, is amazing. This enables the reader to easily imbibe the essence of the writing without much mental effort.
For me personally, this book is not just a one time read, it is a reference book to read multiple times, for churning and synthesizing the thoughts presented.
